Minimums, samples and timing: the details that help you decide where to start.
Can I sell your stock patches under my own brand?
Yes. The stock/private-label programme starts with an existing formulation, then adds your branding and packaging. Minimums can be as low as 500 sheets per SKU. Confirm the selected formula, pack count and packaging before ordering.
How is custom manufacturing different from private label?
Private label uses a stock formulation. Custom manufacturing begins with your product brief and can include formula, size, shape, aroma, print and packaging choices. Custom production is generally based on a 300 m² coated-film minimum per formula; the finished patch count depends on the layout.
Can I request samples before committing to production?
Yes. Request a stock sample assortment to evaluate available patches. Custom formulation samples and print samples are separate: formulation samples typically take 4–5 weeks after formula confirmation, while print samples typically take 3–4 weeks after artwork confirmation.
How long does production take?
Stock/private-label turnaround is estimated at 14 days after artwork is received, including packaging production. A full custom production run ships in approximately 8 weeks, subject to the confirmed scope and sample review. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
What should I send to get a patch manufacturing quote?
Tell us whether you want stock or custom, the formula or product concept, expected quantity, patch size, print requirements, patches per pack and delivery destination. Include your target timing and any packaging preferences. If some details are undecided, we can help you identify the next step.
