Can I sell these patches under my own brand?
Yes. Choose an existing stock formulation, then confirm your supplied branding, artwork and packaging. Stock samples may use existing presentation rather than your final artwork.
Is the minimum measured in sheets, patches or packs?
Stock minimums can be as low as 500 sheets per SKU. Sheet count, finished patch count and retail pack count are different. We confirm the selected patch size, patches per sheet and patches per pack in the quote.
Can I mix formulas to reach the minimum?
Minimums apply by SKU. Tell us the formulas and quantities you want; we will confirm availability and any multi-SKU order options before you commit.
What is included in the price?
The calculator is an estimate. Your written quote should confirm the formula, finished quantity, print, packaging and shipping, plus any sample or setup costs. Do not assume every option is included in the patch estimate.
Can I try samples, and are they free?
Request the formulas you want to evaluate. We confirm sample availability, contents, cost and shipping before arranging them. Free samples or free shipping are not assumed.
Can I change the formula or add a signature aroma?
A change to the stock formulation or a new aroma brief may require the custom route. Discuss the requirement first so the appropriate minimum, sample process and timing can be confirmed.
How soon can my branded order ship?
Stock/private-label turnaround is estimated at 14 days after artwork is received, including packaging production. Availability, artwork readiness and scope affect timing. Confirm the schedule; this is not an arrival guarantee.
Do you create my artwork and labels?
Your designer supplies the artwork. We confirm production requirements and can give general product-classification, label and claims guidance, but final labels and market requirements remain your responsibility.
What testing and documentation can I request?
Batch composition COAs are provided to customers after a signed NDA and purchase order. Formula-specific human-use, absorption, stability or skin-irritation studies are not included; where required, independent testing is commissioned and paid for by the customer.
